Last Monday we announced Regna AI, and I want to take a minute to say why we built it. For too long, the institutions responsible for our most consequential decisions, including defense, national security, and critical infrastructure, have been asked to run those decisions on AI they rent but cannot control: models they can’t see inside, trained on someone else’s data, hosted on someone else’s terms. We started Regna AI to change that. We help governments, businesses, and institutions bring sovereign AI to their mission-critical operations. These are models fine-tuned on their own knowledge and tradecraft, running inside their own environments, on data and weights they own outright. No dependence on commercial frontier labs.
